The Site is a marketing and journal site for MapleSage, Inc. Content is for information. It is not a storefront and not a binding offer to sell wholesale goods.
Submitting Request Access does not create a BigCommerce or buyer-portal account. We review requests and follow up. Existing buyers log in at b2b.maplesage.com.
MapleSage provides software and operating services for wholesale fashion and retail: showroom, line sheets, quotes and approval-gated POs, reporting, and — where contracted — web, marketing, inventory, returns, payments, and customer service as an operating layer for a brand channel. Those engagements are under a separate statement of work, not these Site terms.
Do not misuse the Site, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.
Site copy, marks, and media are MapleSage or its licensors. You may not copy them for a competing service.
The Site is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content.
To the extent permitted by law, MapleSage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
