Your Journey with Us!

At MapleSage, we're excited to introduce you to our comprehensive recruiting process. We aim to provide you with a clear understanding of what to expect as you embark on your journey to potentially become a valued member of our team. Below, we outline each stage of our process, from application submission to new hire onboarding:

1. Application Submission 

Thank you for your interest in joining MapleSage. Your application has been received and will undergo a thorough review by our recruiting team. We strive to provide an update on your application status within 10 days.

2. Recruiter Phone Interview

Should your application align with our requirements, our dedicated recruiter for the role will reach out to you to schedule a phone interview. This initial conversation serves as an opportunity for us to get to know you better and answer any questions you may have. Please note that personalized feedback is typically not provided at this stage.

3. Assessment

In certain cases, you may be requested to complete a 'take-home' assessment, such as a role play or content assignment. These assessments are designed to provide both you and us with a deeper understanding of how your skills align with the job's requirements.

4. Manager Phone Interview

Advancing in the process, you will engage in a conversation with the hiring manager. This stage allows you to gain insights into the role's responsibilities and the nature of the work. It also provides the hiring manager with an opportunity to assess your skills and gauge your level of interest. Starting at this stage, we will offer personalized feedback if we decide not to proceed.

5. Face-to-Face Interviews

Candidates who progress to this stage will participate in video interviews conducted through Zoom. You'll interact with 3-5 members of the MapleSage team, each prepared to ask thoughtful questions to assess your qualifications and compatibility with the role. In the event that we decide not to move forward after these interviews, you will receive an email notification with the option to request a feedback call.

6. Reference Checks

Following the interviews, we may contact your provided references to validate your qualifications and obtain feedback on your work.

7. Background Check

In some cases, MapleSage conducts background checks to verify your employment history, criminal record, and other relevant information.

8. Probation or Trial Period

MapleSage may have a probationary period during which your performance is closely monitored.

9. Decision Stage

Upon successful evaluation by the hiring team, you will receive a formal offer. In cases where an offer is not extended, we remain committed to providing candidates with valuable feedback to assist in your future interview endeavors.

10. New Hire Onboarding

Upon accepting an offer, our recruiting team will guide you through the new hire onboarding process at MapleSage. You can expect a blend of trainer-led lessons, collaborative group activities, and self-paced sessions, all conducted virtually over platforms like Zoom. We eagerly anticipate welcoming you to the MapleSage family and helping you embark on a rewarding journey with us.
